Celebrating 10 Years: 2023 JonesHaus Year in Review

This year JonesHaus celebrated a remarkable 10 years in the creative industry. This brings forth the need to reflect, express gratitude, and embrace the exciting new chapters ahead. The journey of JonesHaus started with a vision and a leap of faith.

Growing up, I wanted to be an FBI agent. I was fascinated by finding out the who, what, when, where, and why something happens. Then the creative world gave me a whole new exciting space where I could ask as many questions as I wanted. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Art in graphic design from SCAD, I went on to receive advanced placement in art direction at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta. Today, whether I’m developing and designing a brand identity or solving a creative brief, I get to ask the “Five Ws” to formulate design solutions artistically. What's even more exciting is that with the creative process, there's always more than one right answer.

As we celebrate a decade of growth and creativity of JonesHaus, it takes a nostalgic journey back to Savannah where I grew up. I’m beyond happy to announce that JonesHaus has a new home back in my roots in Savannah. It feels like a decade-long story that has truly come full circle. To me, Savannah marks a fresh start and signals the beginning of a new chapter filled with possibilities. The vision includes a calmer life by the ocean, and a desire to unwind and draw inspiration from the natural world which is truly where I find most of my creative energy.

In the spirit of our anniversary, I also want to celebrate the meaningful partnerships we have created over the years. We have been working on catalogs for some large clients, including HOBO that seamlessly blends style and innovation into their handbags. The anticipation for the 13th catalog coming out in the summer of 2024 hints at an exciting future for our creative endeavors here at JonesHaus.

As the agency expresses gratitude for the clients who have placed their trust in JonesHaus over the past decade, the journey's significance comes to the forefront. Leaving a conventional job without a set plan was a risk, however, the outcome has been truly remarkable and I have no regrets. Lessons learned, growth achieved, and the importance of following one's passion are woven into the fabric of JonesHaus.

Despite the physical move, JonesHaus continues to work closely with Atlanta-based businesses. The ongoing commitment to professionalism and excellence is evident in projects like INCOSE (International Council of Systems Engineers), which is a testament to our dedication to delivering creative solutions for our clients. For INCOSE, we are working on several projects together social media campaigns, website redesign which will be coming soon, a handful of publications, and brand identity which will also be coming soon.

In 2024 and beyond, JonesHaus is excited about the future, eager to collaborate with startups, engage in brand refreshes, and partner with retail clients for print or catalog work. The agency is also extending its expertise to collaborate with other creatives and offers specialized services for small to medium-service-based businesses with WordPress and Squarespace websites.

If you're a startup seeking a professional look, a brand in need of refreshment, or a business looking for print or catalog work, JonesHaus is ready to collaborate.
