Growing up, I wanted to be an FBI agent because I was fascinated in finding out the who, what, when, where and why something happened. But since science, chemistry and math were not my strong subjects, I gravitated to art and design instead.
Starting a new venture is exciting, to say the least. It also involves a long list of to-do’s. From the logistical to the financial to the creative, there’s much to think about.
But one thing is certain – From the very beginning of a business, branding is fundamental. Establishing a clear brand identity helps a funded startup enter an industry with confidence and authority.
A brand is more than a logo. It’s a concept, a feeling – the overarching way a company presents itself to the world. For us at JonesHaus, it goes even deeper than that. A brand pulls a business forward and relays emotions and ideas.
Naming a company sets the stage for that company’s overall image – but crafting and refining that image into a brand identity is both an important marketing task and an art.
